The conference will be hosted at the Hotel Villa Argentina located in Pocol, roughly 5 km South West of Cortina D'Ampezzo, Belluno, Italy. The hotel is located directly on the ski slopes of Cortina and has an internal ski rental. Moreover, it has a wellness area with sauna and solarium, as well as a fitness room.

Conference attendees will have the opportunity to reserve a room at a special rate. The offer will be valid for the nights going from Tuesday 19 till Friday 22, 2016 , and only if you book within December 31, 2015 . The offer is also subordinated to room availability, so please book your room as soon as possible. The room fees (half board treatment) will be the following:
